Do One Thing: Turn Off The TV

This month I’m challenging you to do one thing every day. It doesn’t seem like much if you look at it on a daily basis, but a continued focus on doing one thing will lead to amazing results.

One summer, our TV broke and we decided not to replace it until the fall.  That summer taught me quite a bit about the wonders of life without TV. You may think I’m crazy, so let me be clear: I love TV.  I love watching it. All Day. In Bed.  But I also understand limits. Here’s what I’d suggest:
