2014 Theme Year: Simplicity

2014 Goal: Accomplish something each day (a nice and simple goal that can lead to big things!)

2014 Workout Regimen Goal:

  • Run 4 miles, 3 times/week – only bike if the weather doesn’t allow for running (800 total miles this year)
  • Attend 4 core-based fitness classes/week
  • Do 5 minutes of plank regularly (1825 plank minutes or 30.5 plank hours this year)

This has been an exciting year – here are a few of the small, successes I’ve made in my Year of Simplicity – remember, the little things make the big things happen.
