I encourage you not to give up, if you’ve ever been frustrated with exercise. I love running. It’s been about two years since I’ve been able to run consistently and although your body remembers the steps, sometimes it’s a little painful to get back in the groove. I thought it would be my lungs that burned, nope, they’re just fine. It’s my left back/hip that wants me to slow down (or never move again), but with each day of running, it gets better and better. It never gets easier, you just get stronger and faster and better. Keep going. #iloverunning #runner #rungirl #fasterstrongerbetter
